Slippery Elm & Marshmallow Root 100 caps

Slippery Elm Bark Powder contains a type of soluble fibre known as mucilage.  Mucilage traps and absorbs water, forming a gel-like substance that can coat mucous membranes, providing short-term relief of pain and inflammation. Marshmallow Root is used because its high mucilage content forms a protective, soothing gel that coats the digestive tract, calming inflammation and irritation from conditions like gastritis, ulcers, acid reflux, and IBD (like Crohn's or colitis). It helps repair the gut lining (leaky gut), promotes healing by protecting tissues, and can relieve symptoms of bloating, diarrhoea, and constipation by creating a barrier against stomach acid and toxins, supporting a strong gut barrier

Directions: Take 1-3 capsules before or between meals with 200g of room temperature water.
