Epsom Salt Baths are an excellent way of combating stress and alleviating muscular aches, pains and as part of a detox regime.  The high magnesium content in Epsom Salts baths facilitates the removal of acids through skin.

Directions: Pour 200g of the salts under running water immediately before getting into your warm bath.

Soak for 20 minutes before using soap or putting anything else into the water.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
